Carefully chosen organic fruit, picked at the moment of perfect ripeness, our Tuscan goji berries have unique antioxidants, are processed by artisans aimed at preserving the organoleptic, nutritional and nutraceutic characteristics of the products.
Our jams are created to be enjoyed during the winter, when fresh seasonal fruit is unavailable. Once a jar of our goji-based organic jams is opened, you will be carried away by the fragrance of a strawberry field, a peach orchard and, at the moment your taste our jams, you will be impressed by the consistency of the product and, naturally, by its flavor.
STRAWBERRY, RED CURRANT AND TUSCAN GOJI BERRY JAM
The anti-inflammatory properties of strawberry and red currant combined with the antioxidant strength of Tuscan goji berries: this is the essence of this naturally sweet and persistent organic jam.
BLACKCURRANT AND TUSCAN GOJI BERRY JAM
We have reinforced the capacity of the goji berry to combat free radicals present in our organism with blackcurrant, also known for strengthening the connective tissue that supports the blood vessels, improving their elasticity and tone.
PLUM AND TUSCAN GOJI BERRY JAM
We wanted to create an organic detoxifying jam that could stimulate the nervous system. We have chosen the plum, with its known laxative properties, and have combined it with our Tuscan goji berry. In the preparation of this organic jam, we have used plums at various stages of ripeness, a choice which has allowed us to produce a jam with a particularly crisp consistency.
PEACH AND TUSCAN GOJI BERRY JAM
Sweet and fragrant, a classic recipe for an organic jam that helps reintegrate mineral salts, stimulate the production of gastric juices and help regulate blood pressure, given its potassium and magnesium content. In addition, it also contains fluoride and beta carotene, the former useful to strengthen teeth and bone and the latter to protect the skin and eyes.

LYCIUM BARBARUM PLANTS
In the Val di Chiana, we have selected and planted 8,200 Lycium Barbarum plants. We are among the principal European producers of Goji berry. We are in the process of converting to Demeter and, with these techniques that respect the environment, we obtain products with unique characteristics.
HECTARES OF CULTIVATION
Our land is in Val di Chiana (Arezzo). It is here, in Tuscany, that the Goji berry has found its ideal environment in which to flourish. We transform our organic Tuscan Goji berry into compotes, jams, and juices following artisan processes and use fruit and vegetables predominately from our region.
TONS OF GOJI BERRY
In 2015, we had our first, true harvest of Goji berries. Our production of Tuscan Goji berry will increase over the years to about 100 tons of the fresh product. We hope to reach this productive capacity in 2019. The Goji berry falls into the category of supplements with antioxidant properties
Goji berry, an ally to our health
The nutritional value of Tuscan Goji berry is included in the so-called super fruit, true allies of our health. They combat cell aging thanks to their high vitamin content, minerals, fibers, enzymes, antioxidants and fito-nutrients.
We are in the process of converting to Demeter
Our cultivation of Tuscan goji berry in the Val di Chiana (Arezzo) is organically certified and we are in the process of converting to Demeter. Our company has launched important research projects with Italian universities which have verified the properties of our Tuscan Goji berry.
